Starting your process and quality improvement journey in your organization? The Basic Quality Toolkit learning session aims to orient and guide you to the use of the simple yet effective tools that can help you improve your problem identification and solving skills. The tools are called ‘basic’ because they are suitable for people with little to no formal training in statistical quality tools and because they can easily be used to solve the vast majority of quality-related issues in the organization.
The use of these quality tools also aims to drive a quality mindset and a data-driven decision making culture in the workplace.
This highly interactive workshop will enable participants to:
Define quality and how it relates to customer satisfaction and outputs in the workplace;
Effectively define and measure a problem that affects the process output of a given unit in the organization; and
Apply the eight (8) common and basic quality tools used in analyzing and solving problems in the workplace to help improve productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
Who Should Attend:
Applicable to anybody in the service or manufacturing environment, working in the front or back office that occupy any role in the organization that is tasked to solve problems in the workplace to achieve a higher level of quality output.
