My son was hesitant to join at first when I told him I found a course that will be useful for him. He was anxious because of his experience with the current virtual learning set up that not all students were heard and given proper coaching. Come session day, I was surprised to hear him laughing and enjoying the whole time and I saw him taking down notes, and actively listening. After the session, I asked for his feedback and he said he felt heard, acknowledged, and included and that he is interested in attending more courses like this. :)
