Why join the workshop?
Many illnesses are exacerbated, if not directly cause, by excess amounts of stress that we either willingly or unconsciously subject ourselves. Between 75 and 90 percent of all visits to primary-care physicians result from ?stress-related disorders, and so it becomes obvious that stress is a major obstacle to be truly healthy.
While we may not always be able to completely ourselves from daily stress factors due to work, social, and physical pressures, there are still ways that we can manage stress through diet, exercise, time management, and adequate relaxation.
This highly-interactive workshop aims to:
