    Why join the workshop?

    Many illnesses are exacerbated, if not directly cause, by excess amounts of stress that we either willingly or unconsciously subject ourselves. Between 75 and 90 percent of all visits to primary-care physicians result from ?stress-related disorders, and so it becomes obvious that stress is a major obstacle to be truly healthy.

     

    While we may not always be able to completely ourselves from daily stress factors due to work, social, and physical pressures, there are still ways that we can manage stress through diet, exercise, time management, and adequate relaxation.


    Objectives:

    This highly-interactive workshop aims to:

    • Encourage participants to not just ask themselves “what is wrong with me?”, but actually go deeper into understanding “why am I not feeling well?”

     

    • Understand and Identify the stressors in our lives

    • Determine how stress can affect us personally and professionally

    • Inspire participants to achieve not just physical and psychological “wellness,” but once again go beyond to seek a more multi-faceted “wholeness” of being
