    Issues and Challenges in Corporate Governance

    This program involves a presentation of corporate governance standards required by various institutions in the upkeep, management, and leadership of corporations particularly as they affect public interest issues such as but not limited to corporate behaviors, and corporate social responsibility. It also presents current issues and challenges faced by the corporations and their management teams and the CPAs in the light of their professional engagements as public and private practitioners.


    An exploration of the various standards as required by international and local agencies in the implementation of corporate governance standards will be taken up.


    At the end of the program, participants will be able to:
