This workshop will provide leaders and managers an awareness with regard to the current challenges of leading and managing a multi-generation workforce. It also aims to encourage the participants to be mindful and be deliberate in examining the characteristics of each generation - Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Generation Y and/or the Millennials - and plan ways on how to address the gap.
*Program fee is Php 6,200 + VAT
This workshop will enable the participants to:
1. Identify the differences in preferences, leadership styles, work styles and motivations among the different generations in the workplace
2. Determine and be aware of the generation perceptions, biases, conflicts and how to bridge these differences
3. Plan employment programs to address generation gaps that are sustainable
4. Build an inclusive culture wherein all generations can be involved.
