The course provides the mindset and knowledge to excel in the field of sales. 

Participants will learn to cultivate a sales-winning mentality, master customer understanding, and navigate customer journey effectively. Through practical techniques, they will learn to connect product value with customer needs, influence decision-making, and overcome common prospecting obstacles.

There will be simulations, case studies, and lecturettes to aid the participant’s learning.

At the end of the program, the participants would be able to:

  1. Understand the systems and processes they need to execute to ensure they continue having prospects to sell to and sustain sales success.
  2. Learn the mindset and discipline of effective prospectors
  3. Apply a balanced prospecting methodology from cold calling, email prospecting, telephone prospecting, etc.

 

Methodology

  • The workshop will be conducted face-to-face. The workshop will include lectures, and written activities as an assurance of learning.
  • Class size will be limited to a maximum of 20 participants.
