Why join this face-to-face workshop?

This workshop aims for the participants to put together a cohesive narrative when explaining the nature and issues of a particular topic, process, or product, as well as make recommendations, surrounding a particular need. They will also be able to articulate the root cause of an incident to their peers, leaders or clients.

Methodology

• The workshop will be conducted face-to-face. The workshop will include lectures, and written activities as an assurance of learning.
• Class size will be limited to a maximum of 20 participants.
