RISK MANAGEMENT is the methodology and process to identify, assess, and mitigate foreseen events that will hold back achieving a strategy project or process objectives. 

Participants would be able to create a risk management plan for their organization as an output.

Methodology

• The workshop will be conducted face-to-face. The workshop will include lectures, and written activities as an assurance of learning.
