This workshop will guide the participants in the proper documentation of business/operating guidelines and procedures together with its equivalent process map. This will help companies to document processes effectively leading to the consistency of execution and outputs translating to a higher level of customer satisfaction.  The workshop will include a session on process analysis to guide the participants in identifying value add and non-value-add activities to support process improvement.

Methodology

• The workshop will be conducted face-to-face. The workshop will include lectures, and written activities as an assurance of learning.
