The Inquirer Academy (INQA) has successfully concluded another series of specialized training sessions in partnership with Right Start from April to June 2025, focusing on strengthening families in preparation for a livelihood program in a barangay in Quezon City. This collaboration falls under Right Start’s comprehensive Sikhay Pamilyang Matibay (Family Empowerment) Program, aiming to uplift and empower families through practical education.

As part of the program’s Livelihood Learning Sessions, the partnership delivered three modules designed to enhance the foundational health and resilience of the families.

Family Dynamics

This session, facilitated by Bambi Donato, a learning and development professional and family counselor, provided participants with tools to better understand and evaluate the interactions and relationships within their families. Learning from this module will help parents deepen their understanding of the next modules.

Family Communication

This module taught techniques for clearer, more effective, and authentic communication among family members. Vina Vidal Vicente, a communication expert and professional trainer, engaged the parents with fun activities too.

Family Goals and Budgeting

The session covered financial literacy, equipping families with the knowledge to set shared family goals and manage a household budgeting plan for long-term stability. The facilitator, Andro Beltran of First Metro Securities, made the topic easy to understand and practical.

INQUIRER Academy expresses its gratitude to Right Start for being part of this program that uplifts and empowers families.
